Ingredients
2 curly kale leaves (sliced)
6 strawberries (sliced)
3 fresh mint leaves (sliced)
1 tablespoon red onion (finely chopped)
1/2 lemon (squeezed)
1/2 lime (squeezed)
Pinch of sea salt
Dash of nutmeg
Recipe Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a container with a lid, give it a shake or two every now and then.
2. Let sit in the fridge for a few hours or over night.
3. Serve chilled!

By hemp33 This salad has quite a bite. It reminds me of a sour patch kids candy only not as tart!
If too tart, you can add stevia or agave if you wish. I don't, I like the rush!
Garnish options: flaked coconut, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds.

I think basil or cilantro will do just fine especially the cilantro. I'm a big fan of both.

Beautiful colors, sounds wonderful! I think I will try this with basil leaves, which I bet would also be really good, since I don't like mint. Wow, even just looking at this picture makes me feel balanced and good inside!
