Ingredients
1 half a cantaloupe
1 medium sized carrot, peeled
1/2 bunch of fresh mint leaves (to taste)
A small handful of soaked almonds
And a dash of freshly grated ginger
2 tbls of coconut milk
1 tbls of lime juice
optional honey to taste
Recipe Directions
Blend ingredients together in a mixer, top with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!

Amazing soup! I added 1/2 golden delicious apple to the mix, and 1 tsp of chia seeds and 1 tsp of salted sunflower seeds at the end, and I tsp raw honey... oh, heavens!
