1 cup raw cocoa powder
½ cup mesquite powder
½ cup almond butter
¾ cup agave or raw honey
2 tablespoons fo-ti
2 tablespoons lucuma powder
1 tablespoon vanilla or use seeds from 1 pod
Pinch of salt
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Roll into individual pieces and place on wax paper or parchment paper.
3. Cover with saran wrap and put in freezer.
4. Eat straight out of freezer.

Okay, so while I’m on a “rawl,” I decided to add this. I found this on a website but I don’t remember which one.
This taste so much like the Tootsie Rolls of my youth. Good stuff when you’re craving something chewy, chocolatey, and sweet.
I know some of the ingredients are weird.
The fo-ti I found in capsule form at Whole Foods. I had to open each one, which was a pain in the a@@, but worth it. The mesquite I found in Whole Foods.
