Ingredients
2 cup cashew-coconut yogurt, (see recipe on this site)
1 large cucumber, peeled, shredded or minced
2 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
black pepper to taste
1 lemon, juiced
Recipe Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste.
Eat with raw crackers, crudites or make yourself a Greek feast!

I had never heard of Tzadsiki until today. I work at Trader Joe's and this was part of the sample today. Now I come on here and I see it again. Maybe it is telling me I should try it....lol
