Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
3 Large Organic Carrots, Roughly chopped
1 Stalk of Celery, Roughly chopped
4 Green Onions, Roughly chopped
4 Basil Leaves
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Tarragon, Dried
1 tablespoon Each of salt and pepper
3 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Small Handful of Almonds, optional
1 Bell Pepper
½ Hot Pepper, optional
Recipe Directions
Roughly chop the veggies and throw into the food processor with everything else.
Process until pretty smooth.
Us on your favorite crackers, sprouted bread or whatever else you can think of!

It is the week of the Festival of Unleavened bread, so I’m eating matzah this week. I really wanted a good tasting spread to eat on it and this is what I came up with! I think it is really good and hope you enjoy it!
