Yield4-6 small but very filling servings
2 cups wild rice (soaked 2+ days)
1 pomegranate (seeded)
4 ripe but firm pears (skinned, finely chopped)
1 firm and slightly tart red apple (skinned, finely chopped)
1 green onion (finely chopped)
½ lemon (juice)
Dash of cinnamon

I imagine one could use a bit of freshly squeezed orange juice in lieu of lemon and achieve another fabulous taste. Even fresh pineapple juice for our friends in Hawaii. :)
