Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
water from one young coconut
1 large banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup berries, fresh or frozen
raw powdered greens*, to taste (optional)
Recipe Directions
Blend everything together! (Though if you’re using raspberries or strawberries, you’re better off using a food processor – a blender will turn the seeds to grit.) If you’re used to sweeter drinks you might want to add a little agave syrup, to taste.
*The powdered greens I often add is Vitamineral Green.
Denzildragon's Thoughts
By denzildragon Forget those horrible sugary concoctions. This one’s full of electrolytes & healthy stuff like potassium.
