<p>I am just beginning to explore raw “uncooking”. I feel a little intimidated because of the fact that I am a good cook and to shift to raw is very unfamiliar. But I know that I want to move in this direction and if I can discover some good recipes I will be able to bring raw food more into my life.</p>
