<p>I have been toying with going raw for quite a while now, and finally chose to go for it 100% on August 22, 2008! I am excited to take it on, and am looking forward to experiencing the benefits. I am starting out by letting myself really experience the full range of what is available and what appeals to me (you will often find me chilling on the couch at the Cafe Gratitude in here in San Rafael, California enjoying a complicated juice or raw treat- yum!), but I imagine as time goes on I will simplify, reduce quantity, reduce nuts, and alkalize more purposefully.
