<p>On the path to a healthy and beautiful body :D</p> <p>I am not totally vegan, I eat live yogurt and well sometimes not too picky on some organic ready meals. I’m quite happy with where I am at the moment as I have made big changes to my diet. First I have cut out crisps, then bread, then became vegi, now I don’t eat cheese I think it’s terrible stuff. I think it’s best to walk before running into things. :P</p> <p>I have made big improvements in eating more fruits instead of cereal and eating more veg. I can eat any man under the table with a plate of roasted vegis, I know not raw but better than eating a small portion of salad then still wanting more food and running for some crappy food because it’s quick.</p>
