Raw since 2008, freed from hypertension, allergies and other minor ailments, through high-raw High raw, feasting on green smoothies, fruit and salads. Not much gourmet. Fallen off wagon a few times. Hanging on. I combine a day job in IT with a music passion (bass guitar), traveling to visit friends and family, and non-profit volunteering - Raw Spirit - board member, president. - Scouts - leader, camping, kayaking - church, temple, Isha Foundation, Art Of Living foundation helper.
