I am vegan.</p> <p>One day I woke up from my third nap and said enough is enough. I can't transform my businesses while housebound nor return to business with no energy and I certainly can't tell people how to look their best when I look awful. </p> <p>I normally walk 3-5hrs/day so 90% of my weight stays off because of what I do. I have a pet concierge business and I am a Wardrobe Consultant for reference.</p> <p>I have been incorporating rawer options over the past week and I am shocked at how natural it feels.</p> <p>Having been an athlete training for the Olympics when I was younger, I work best with structure. I want this to be a lifestyle transformation for me and not another "Oh let's try what's in vogue right now." So...here I am..</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
