Joined July 8, 2007<p>I’m a 36 year old SAD eater who is EXTREMELY new to the Raw community. I am starting to substitute my breakfast at first and see where that goes. As far as cooked foods, my plan is to start going vegan. Wish me luck, put me in your spirits and prayers. I am pregnant now and have twin 16 month old girls who LOVE veggies. I also have a 16 year old who swears to eat meat until she dies…lol. I am making the change now so that my children grow up healthy.</p> <p>Blessings</p>
