<p>Glad to be back @ GoneRaw after two yrs of lots of salad, fruit & veg. Now have a 4-drawer dehydrator & a mini-food processor on our road to creatively preparing and eating more living, raw food. Lately we're reading & using the two books, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Eating Raw, and Alissa Cohen's Living on Live Food, plus info from friends & from the Net. We like to complement a new way of eating with exercise, Pilates, and doing more yoga. Big fans of rebounding/mini-trampoline!</p>
