<p>Hello, dear reader! Thank you for visiting my page! I am a twenty six year old mother of one, step mother to one, and wife to a husband with a vast array of unbelieved medical difficulties. I have been obsessed with cookbooks, then healthy eating, now whole and living foods. I have taken alissa Cohen classes to be able to.teach level one and level two through her program. Right now I'm tinkering around with sprouting and my dehydrator. I'm from Carlisle,.pa, and I think I may be the only one, lol. I would really love some tips on using the dehydrator- tricks of the trade, as it were. Also, I would really love to meet some like minded people!! (Somebodies to enjoy my pictures of my sprouts, lol). Ps. I'm a complete nerd if u haven't noticed already.</p>
