Recipe Directions

Chop tomatoes and celery. Add everything except avocado, cayenne, salt and pepper. Blend in blender or processor till chunky but blended well. Add avocado and blend again but keep a nice texture – not too smooth! Top with cayenne, salt and pepper.

I find celery has a more salty taste than tomatoes, but it does sound good.I will probably cut back on the garlic.

I'm glad everyone likes it! I did make a tiny mistake though. I EITHER put in the Braggs OR do the sea salt - I don't do both! Oh, well, everyone seems to have figured that out.

I'm going to try this today! I ran out of my raw tahini that I use to make the "cream" in my tomatoe-basil soup BUT I have 3 over-ripe avocados! Thank you!

I can tell I will love this, Since I'm not using salt anymore, I'll leave it (and the Braggs) out of the recipe, I'm finding tomatoes have their own salty taste..
