Try the raw smoothie challenge! This challenge is a convenient way to transition to clean eating. In addition to smoothies, this challenge also includes unlimited fruit as snacks in between smoothie meals.

Similar to a juice fast, a raw smoothie challenge is meant to be undertaken for a short period of time, like for a few days or a week maximum.

Some of the recipes included in this challenge include green smoothies, lemonaid smoothies, strawberry "milk," sorbet smoothies, raw orange smoothies and raw chocolate shakes. Fruity and filling!
