1/4 to 1/2 cup raw almonds
1 apple (choose your favorite variety)
1/4 to 1/2 cup dulse seaweed strips
1. Almonds should be soaked 8-12 hours in water prior to consuming.
2. After almonds have been soaked, rinse and chop apple--you can also dehydrate chunks to make a trail mix but I prefer to eat the apple freshly chopped.
3. Toss soaked almonds, dulse pieces and apple chunks together.

Fresh is best but apples can be dehydrated for a trail mix version.
I got the idea to mix this together from a friend who was in town visiting. I asked him if he wanted anything from the organic co-op and he chose these 3 items.
We ended up not being able to hang out that day and I got stuck with his stuff. I decided to try his little mix and fell in love.
