Recipe Directions

1. Almonds should be soaked 8-12 hours in water prior to consuming.

2. After almonds have been soaked, rinse and chop apple--you can also dehydrate chunks to make a trail mix but I prefer to eat the apple freshly chopped.

3. Toss soaked almonds, dulse pieces and apple chunks together.

We ended up not being able to hang out that day and I got stuck with his stuff. I decided to try his little mix and fell in love.
