4-5 cups
Ingredients
2 bananas
2 Fuji apples (cut, cored)
2 cups spring mix or any greens you choose
2 cups water
A couple of ice cubes (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy. ;-)

By natashapl I’m sure this is a common smoothie, but I find that the type of apples and greens used make a big difference.
For mine, I love to use Fuji apples and spring mix because the sweetness of the Fuji and the bananas compliment the greens well.
Yet, whatever your preference may be, I’m sure you’ll agree that this smoothie is simple yet very tasty. :)

I had this for an early breakfast. I can't handle much sweet right after I wake up, so this was just the thing! Thank you.
