3 bananas (frozen for 1 hour)
1½ cups raspberries
Raw honey (to taste)
1. Peel bananas. Place in a freezer bag and freeze for an hour (or until semi-frozen).
2. Combine bananas and honey in a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Add a handful of berries and blend again. Gently stir in remaining berries and serve.
4. Prepare as above, using frozen berries.

This tastes like raspberry yoghurt without that sour yoghurt taste.
You can also freeze the berries for a great smoothie.
