1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds, ground
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tablespoon Trader Joe's "Green Food"
2 cup Water
- blend flax seeds and pumpkin seeds into a flour in the blender - add everything else and blend until smooth.
