1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons flax seeds
Blend the apple, pear,and flax seeds. It will be like a pudding.
Pour it on a plate,and add the raisins and the walnuts.
You can add some blueberries and raspberries too.
