Serves 4 small pies or 2 large ones
Ingredients
1 cup raw Brazil nuts (soaked for 6-8 hours)
¼ cup raw goji berries (soaked for 1 hour)
1½ tablespoons raw honey or agave nectar
2 bananas (skins removed and frozen for 6 hours)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend (using the S blade) the Brazil nuts, goji berries, and honey or agave nectar until quite smooth, but still crunchy.
2. Make the mix into little patties and place on a small dish.
3. Take the frozen bananas and blend until creamy like runny ice cream.
4. Pour the banana ice cream over the patties.
