Yield
2 servings
Ingredients
2 cups oat groats (soaked for 1 day, drained)
3 dates (pitted)
1½ bananas
Pinch of cinnamon
Recipe Directions
1. Place all ingredients in the food processor or Vitamix blender. I like to blend for a while so it gets kind of warm, but be careful not to get carried away!
Sedona's Thoughts
By Sedona Tastes like the real thing. They won’t even know it’s raw.
This is awesome oatmeal and tastes like the real thing to me. Adjust quantities of ingredients to your taste.
You can add ground flax seed, walnuts, raisins, blueberries--the possibilities are just endless.

I get raw oat groats at the Sprout House. http://www.sprouthouse.com/Oat_Groats_RAW_p/oatgr.htm
I have never used Steel Cut Oats, but would probably be good...would not be raw though.
Alix, where do you get oats to sprout? I would like to try that!
