Could serve appoximately 2 people
Ingredients
1 butternut squash (cut with spiral slicer)
1 sprinkle lemon or lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Pineapple juice (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Spiral slice a butternut squash. Soak in pineapple juice for an hour or more or just spritz with lemon and or lime.
2. Spread on dehydrator and sprinkle on sea salt and pepper.
3. Dehydrate until crispy approximately 3 hours.

Wow, cool! Nice picture too. I'm definitely going to try this next time a butternut squash rolls my way, though I'll probably be waiting until October here in Oakland.
