Ingredients
2 cups carrot pulp
2 cups coconut (shredded)
½ cup raisins
Recipe Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Knead together well.
2. Squeeze a walnut-sized amount of the mixture in your fist, squeezing out any liquid.
3. Place macaroons on a teflex sheet and dehydrate about 10 or so hours until the consistency you want.

Hey Meditating, they are awesome!! I threw in some hemp hearts and 2 bananas to hold it better together and had it overnight even on the normal sheets (scooped with a small ice cream spoon), at 105F and they are an absolute dream!! Thanks, they will definitely become a staple here :)))

Great, Meditating!!! I'm gonna do those and check out all the other carrot pulp recipes, the Quinoa bread sounds awesome too, have already Quinoa soaked overnight :))
