1 cup carrots, shredded
2 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon agave
I was making nori roll ups and had a bunch of shredded carrots left over, so I added some raisins and a tsp of agave and mixed it up. Takes care of sweet cravings.
Great alone for a sweet treat, or put a scoop on your salad plate for a variety of flavor. You don’t really even need the agave, it’s plenty sweet enough without it.
