It's the beginning of cherimoya season here in Spain. Yay! This recipe is based on the Cream Dream from Jeremy A. Safron's The Raw Truth. In it, he calls for fresh apple juice in place of the water and the banana to be frozen in place of the ice. He's right though, it is very creamy and cream colored as well....

Hey Ciara! It´s true, cherimoyas aren´t the easiest fruit to eat for sure and I don´t like to just eat them...a little too grainy. You have to get fully immersed in the cherimoya massaging experiment to peel them and get enough fruit to make this recipe. So yeah, I wouldn´t test it either if you get evil vibes from them :)

Hey, I'm in Spain too!
Cherimoyas freak me out though! All they're little seeds are so evenly distributed...it's like the fruit wants to smuggle them into you! I dunno...perhaps I'm paranoid. Can fruits have evil spirits? I daren't test it...
