¼ cup tahini
3 tablespoon Braggs, nama shoyu, or the like
5 clove garlic
1 cup spinach
1 cup water

If you’re not concerned about fat, you might increase the amount of tahini or throw in an avocado or olive oil. This would also work nicely as a marinade for veggies or zucchini pasta.

NOTE: Do your coworkers and household members a favor and keep a breath mint at hand. This stuff is potent!

I am going to try this out on my dad - making it creamier with avocado or something. He loves garlic, & I am always looking for ways to give him something healthier than his usual bleu cheese dressing that he loads onto everything.
