1 cup buckwheat groats (sprouted for 2 days)
1 banana (sliced)
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup almonds (ground)
2 tablespoons gogi berries (soaked)
2 tablespoons coconut (shredded)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1. Soak buckwheat groats in water overnight and sprout for 2 days.
2. In a small bowl, simply add 1 cup (or more) sprouts, banana, raisins, and almonds.
3. Then sprinkle gogi berries, coconut on top, or a drizzle of raw honey or agave.
4. Mix all up and enjoy!
Very energizing raw breakfast that keeps you full for hours.
It has a mouthfeel of old time warm breakfast with a nice sweet crunch, too.
This is highly energizing and very filling!
