Ingredients
¼ red cabbage (chopped)
8 strawberries (thinly sliced)
1 mango (chunks)
1 celery branch (chopped)
¼ cup parsley (chopped)
¼ cup coconut meat (chopped)
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Any type of salty sauce you use or salt
Black pepper or cayenne
Sprinkle of ginger (grated)
Tahini (drizzled)
Recipe Directions
1. Mix everything in a bowl!

By anmanoel This started out as a red cabbage coleslaw with strawberries recipe, but i kept adding things to try to come up with every color of the rainbow. :)
Since I'm not strictly raw, I used balsamic vinegar and tamari, but you could use lemon juice and any salty substance you normally use, which i think would also be very good.

yeah, i know! i love using red cabbage, it's SO flashy and beautiful!

oh, i was trying to be cute and put a french title (i'm french canadian)... legumes in french just means vegetables. ;) i changed it a little so it's more obvious.. also i added some tahini drizzled on top, makes it much better.
