Anmanoel's Thoughts

By anmanoel

This started out as a red cabbage coleslaw with strawberries recipe, but i kept adding things to try to come up with every color of the rainbow. :)

Since I'm not strictly raw, I used balsamic vinegar and tamari, but you could use lemon juice and any salty substance you normally use, which i think would also be very good.

It looks almost too good to eat! It's amazing what a lovely presentation will do for your appetite. :)

oh, i was trying to be cute and put a french title (i'm french canadian)... legumes in french just means vegetables. ;) i changed it a little so it's more obvious.. also i added some tahini drizzled on top, makes it much better.

Beautiful, but there are no legumes in the list of ingredients. Did you forget to add them or do you consider tamari to be the legumes?
