Ingredients
1 ripe papaya
1 ripe mango
1 green apple
1 cup strawberries
¼ cup mint (chopped)
¼ cup gojis (soaked)
¼ cup goji juice (from soaking or bottled)
Recipe Directions
1. Cut up fruits to desired sized pieces.
2. Mix the mint and goji with the fruit.
3. Let marinate for at least half an hour. Enjoy!

goji is a type of berry sold in health food stores because of their high antioxidant content. I've only seen them dried. They are small and red and they're shaped like pumpkin seeds...kinda oblong.
