Ingredients
1 cup raisins
1 cup gojiberries
1 cup dried coconut
1/2 cup dates or apricots
1/2 cup hemp seed or pumpkins
1/2 cup buckwheaties or crushed flax crackers
Recipe Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and store in an airtight container. To serve, make any seed or nut milk and pour over the muesli. Top with fresh blueberries and strawberries (optional).

Okay, does anyone know where i can get Buckwheaties in the US? I can find Buckwheat flour, but i've never seen it in any other form. Thanks!

Carrie - this is a bit old, I know, but in case you ever check back and wonder... and haven't found out yet.... Buckwheaties are just soaked, very shortly sprouted (if at all) and dehydrated buckwheat groats. Makes something kind of "rice krispie"-ish but with that buckwheat flavor. Very fun in cereals though!
