1 tablespoon dried coconut (shredded)
2 tablespoons goji berries
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Drizzle of agave (to bind ingredients)
Some cinnamon (if you desire)
Recipe Directions
1. Mix all ingredients with agave.

dried cranberry's might be a good alternative :) I don't have hempseeds, but this might be good with some pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. I have to get to the natural foods store and look for some hemp seeds (and buckwheat groats)...

some mulberries or other fresh or dried berry would work just fine:)

Humananimal you have done it again, I have to try this tomorrow. I think I will have to give the goji's a whirl in the coffee grinder as they are a killer on my teeth. Thanks for the recipe you RAWK

This is just what I will need as I sit here on my couch watching clean house. Can I substitute anything for the goji berries, I have none as of today.
