1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon agave
1 teaspoon flax oil, optional
Recipe Directions
Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth.

Hi, Do you make your own almond milk? Do you have a good source to buy them from once they start pasturizing them? What kind of blender do you have? I will have to give it a try.

I have a really big stash of almonds in my freezer. I don't know what I will do when the supply runs out, maybe use a different nut.
My blender is actually an antique. It was my grandparent's and it;s over 60 years old.Amazingly, it gets the job done, but I am dying for a vitamix!
