I made this with what I had left in my fridge. All ingredients are approximate. It filled my entire Vitamix before blending. I added only about 1/2 cup at first and after all was blended down, I added more to desired consistency.

3 Medjool Dates, Pitted
3 ounce Kale, de-stemmed
Water
Recipe Directions
Put all ingredients into blender. Enjoy! It’s VERY green!

Kool! Kale is such a wonderful option for a green smoothie isnt it? It has calcium and is packed with vitmain K2 to help absorb that calcium to dem bones :)
