4 small servings

Ingredients
1 cup of water (if you want sweeter add apple juice instead)
1/2 small banana
3 whole guavas cut up
2 Tbsp lucuma powder (Navitas brand) (you may substitute fresh lucuma if it grows near you.)
1/4 large ripe papaya
1/2 tsp ground flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Recipe Directions
Blend everything together until creamy and smooth.

I haven't tried this yet but I'm excited to, as guavas are just coming back into season where I live. I have a question, kitsune: are you using the pinkish guava or the white? I can only get the white kind. And I don't have lucuma and have never tasted it, so could you recommend a decent substitute?
