½ sweet ripe papaya
1 Lg.frozen banana
1 sweet ripe pineapple, juiced
1 lime, juiced
1 red delicious apple, juiced
1 yam, juiced
cold H20 to dilute
1 slice pineapple or banana, to garnish glass
