This was good, don't get me wrong, but not what I was hoping for. I felt like there was too much oil and paprika on the jicama, which made it very messy. Guess I'm not that big of a fan of paprika either. My ketchup did not blend smooth - that's my punk blender's fault though! The raisins didn't want to blend at all and I am wondering - do I need to soak the raisins as well??? I imagine if they were properly blended in the ketchup would have had the right tangy/sweet ratio.

I made this yesterday from 'the Complete Book of Raw Food', but I made a couple of changes to the ketchup: only 1 teaspoon of salt, just a slice or two of onion in place of the onion powder, & a bit less ACV. Oh, & I left mine a bit chunky instead of smooth. But my fella tells me we're never buying bottled ketchup again! :)
