1-2 smoothies
Ingredients
4 to 6 frozen bananas (start with 4 as you may add more after if you want it sweeter)
3 to 4 bunches of fresh spinach
1 to 2 dates
1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean (ground)
2 to 3 tablespoons lucuma powder
1/4 teaspoon nama shoyu (essential, with lucuma, to caramel taste!)
Fresh almond milk (start with 1/2 cup and slowly increase)
Recipe Directions
1. Put all in your blender.

I'm now on detox (after Christmas' abuses), and I wanted to eat that so delicious carrot and caramel raw cake in the fridge.
So I decided to create a caramel green smoothie to undergo that craving!
I know it is really sweet, but it can open the heart of the green smoothie unfamiliar, as it actually taste like butterscotch pudding!
My husband, who loves smoothies, (but not the greens ones!) told me, after tasting: "Oh, you can make me that kind of green smoothie."
