This is my raw version of my favorite breakfast cereal. Hope you enjoy!

Recipe Directions

1. Put the plantain in the food processor, along with the spices. Use more or less according to your taste.

2. Heat the water and the milk on the stove (watch carefully that the temperature doesn’t go above 108 F).

3. Add liquid mixture to the food processor, along with the agave.

4. Blend and enjoy!
