Ingredients
1 large very ripe plantain
2 tablespoons cinnamon (use according to taste)
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2½ tablespoons agave (sweeten according to taste)
½ cup water
½ cup milk (almond, hemp seed, etc.)
Recipe Directions
1. Put the plantain in the food processor, along with the spices. Use more or less according to your taste.
2. Heat the water and the milk on the stove (watch carefully that the temperature doesn’t go above 108 F).
3. Add liquid mixture to the food processor, along with the agave.
4. Blend and enjoy!
