1-2 servings (extra can keep in a jar in fridge 1 day) - pretty filling -

Ingredients
2 tablespoon ground flax
2 tablespoon ground hemp
¼ teaspoon slippery elm powder
¼ teaspoon marshmallow root powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
half a banana, mashed
handful soaked gojis, on top
CHOOSE:lucuma, mesquite, bee pollen, agave, maple syrup, dollop coconut butter (not oil), OPTION ANY
CHOOSE: water, coconut water, apple juice, or oj, to fully soak / cover
Recipe Directions
Mix all dry powders in a bowl. Cover plentifully with one of the above liquids and coconut butter for superdupergreat day energy (especially if you will not eat for long time after) and mix very well…add more liquid after it absorbs if consistency is still clumpy . Add mashed nanner and mix thoroughly. Toss soaked gojis (OR raisins OR bee pollen) on top!

yay nut free! so good to have nut free recipes... what is the difference between coconut butter & coconut oil? i've seen some sources say they're the same...but thats not true, is it! they're both 100% coconut.....what makes 'em different?! thanks!

yay! this breakfast was absolutely delicious! thank you so much for this recipe! i added some maca and goji powder in there too.... such a good way to get some superfoods in first thing in the morning. plus i love love love that there's no nuts in there! thanks so much!!!!

While it sounds delicious, it is not very low glycemic at all with the banana, raisins, goji berries in it.

COCONUT OIL is pressed out from the coconut meat. It is the fat, with all it's goodness, but no the protein and fiber rich meat. It is not sweet.
COCONUT BUTTER is the entirety of the coconut blended into a creamy spread and is sweeter than the oil, ARTISANA IS THE BEST (see link)...

I was just reading up on honey with all the extra vitamins in the really raw stuff and bought some. I was so suprised by how many vitamins were in it. I'm not even a honey eater but I thought I try some for once. I've never seen marshmallow before.. I'd love to try this!
