Ingredients
1 ripe mango (peeled and destoned)
1 teaspoon probiotic cheese (or to taste)
Water
Ground cardamon
Raw agave syrup (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend everything together. Start with a small amount of water and keep adding it until it's as liquid as you want it to be.

By denzildragonThis tastes fantastic, but I've never had 'real' lassi, so I don't know how close it is.
You can substitute banana or strawberries for the mango, or pretty much any fruit you fancy. You could even add some raw cocoa powder.
When I make the cream cheese, I only use 1 cup of macadamia nuts (or occasionally sunflower seeds or cashews), enough water to just cover them, and the contents of just one capsule of probiotic powder.
