Makes 1 full blender
Ingredients
2 cups water
6 ounces bag baby spinach
2 ripe bananas
1 bag Mangolicious (from Trader Joe's) or 1 pound frozen mango, raspberry, and blueberry mix
1 tablespoon raw honey or sweetener of choice
Recipe Directions
1. Put your greens and water in the bottom of your blender.
2. Then pile everything else on top.
3. Start it rather low and give it a push with a spoon, if necessary, to get it started.
4. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

This is a great kid pleaser because you really can't taste the greens! I know you've heard that line before but really!
I call it cup o' mud and they eat it all up.
It's my new favorite!

So Ugly, Yet So Good, Green Smoothie
That's pretty much what I have most mornings. Thank goodness for that Mangolicious bag from TJ's -- I dread the day when they stop carrying it ;-).
It's also easy to make more "adult" if you want by increasing the greens and removing the sweetener.
