Carrots
Beet
Lemon
Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt
Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlif Clove
Sesame Seeds
Recipe Directions
* 6 organic carrots grated
* 1/2 organic beet grated
* juice of one organic lemon
* 1/2 tsp. Himalayan or Celtic Sea salt
* 1/2-1 tsp. garlic powder or 1 fresh garlic clove crushed
Stir together just enough for the orange of the carrots to create a "Sunrise" effect with the red of the beets!
It is also fantastic with lightly toasted sesame seeds sprinkled on top!! Enjoy!

That sounds delicious! Yes we eat this on occasion and love it :)

I make something like this often, though sans garlic, and with a small amount of olive oil. More delicious than you would imagine grated veggies to be . . . also makes a great nori roll filling!
