1 packet of acai (frozen)
Handful of spinach
Handful of kale
2 kiwis (chopped)
1 orange (peeled, seeded)
1 tablespoon hemp powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
5 slices peaches (frozen)
Bowlful of green grapes
1. Blend up the kale and spinach with water first.
2. Add the acai, kiwis, and orange. Blend up nicely.
3. Add hemp powder and chia seeds. I realized I added too much water so I added some frozen peaches to thicken.
4. Once blended to desired thickness, pour into a bowl filled with grapes! Enjoy!
A delicious green smoothie served soup style that looks like mud! Haha.
So yes, it does look kind of gross, like a muddy swamp, but that makes it all the more fun!
This smoothie has a nice light tart taste.
Note: I only added things this way because my blender is not the greatest.
