Pinch of salt
1 to 2 dates

I just made this for an after work snack. I didn't measure. I only had fresh pineapple, not juice. So...I used one whole mango, about 1/4 of a whole pineapple, about 12 ounces of water, a handful of fresh basil and 6 ice cubes. DELICIOUS! REFRESHING! YUMMY! Thank you, Christina, for suggesting this. I know I did it differently, but you gave me the idea.

ur welcome. ill have to try it your way nexttime bc i have to admit juicing the pineapple is a pain bc of the cleanning after!
