My husband named this smoothie for me. This is one that the whole family will enjoy and makes a nice late evening snack. You can use whatever banana you like. Apple bananas are the small tart ones we have growing in Hawaii so that is what I use.

2 tablespoons raw tahini
2 apple bananas (frozen)
1 red apple (chopped with skin)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups water
1 tablespoon lecithin (optional)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Pinch of cinnamon powder

1. Blend ingredients.
