Ingredients
1/2 fresh ripe pineapple (big cubes)
1 ripe mango (leave on the skin, big cubes)
10 or more Bing cherries (pitted)
6 medium leaves of Swiss chard (torn into pieces)
2 frozen bananas (cut in chunks)
2 cups water (chilled)
Recipe Directions
1. Add all ingredients to the Vitamix or other powerful blender (water and softer fruits first, then leaves, then frozen fruit last). Process until smooth.

I asked my husband what sounded good for a pick-me-up, and he suggested a smoothie (we usually just have one for breakfast).
So I whipped this up with some of the yummy organic fruits we just got. Wow!
Tip: if you don't have a Vitamix, cut your fruits smaller, so the blender doesn't have to work as hard.
