Ingredients
1 cup Kale, stem removed
½ cup Spinach
½ cup Water, less or more depending on consistancy
½ cup Acai Juice or Bom Dia Juice, optional
1 Ripe Banana
1 Orange, peeled
½ cup Frozen Blueberries, or fresh-depending on what's available
3 Strawberries
1 tablespoon Bee Pollen, (or flower pollen as I like to call it)
2 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed, optional
½ cup Acai Juice or Bom Dia Juice, optional
Recipe Directions
(I can’t afford a VitaMix so the prep for this is for those who have cheaper blenders. If you have a VitaMix or something like it, just throw all the ingredients in and blend for a couple minutes.)
Add water, kale and spinach in blender and blend for 30 sec to a minute. (this makes the smoothie so much better than if you put everything in at once-if your blender is having problems with the mixture add more water)
Add the remaining ingredients (feel free to adjust this to your taste) and blend for about 2 minutes or more. (the longer you blend the smoother it will be)
